Q. How do I know my credit card information
is secure?
A. videocollection.com is a Verisign secured
site. When you see the Verisign Secure Site Seal, you are assured that
a web site is authentic and that all transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
Q. Once I've placed my order, how will I
be able to track it?
A. Call (800) 538-5856 to speak with a customer
service representative Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and
9:00 PM, CT.
Q. May I return merchandise?
A. Video Collection wants you to know that if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase that you will be able to return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Simply choose a method from below and follow the instructions.

How To
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact customer service for a pre-paid merchandise return label.
Exchanges/Refunds
If you wish to exchange the item for the identical item or another item, indicate this on the back of your packing slip and send it with the return. All returns purchased on a credit card are credited to your account first, then a new order is placed for the exchange. Your credit card statement will indicate a credit followed by a charge for the new transaction.
If you wish to only receive a refund, please indicate on the back of your packing slip why you are returning the item. Remember that we only refund shipping and handling when an error has been made on our end! The refund to your credit card will be made the same day the return is processed in our warehouse.

STANDARD shipping
your merchandise should arrive in 5-10 days,
with NEXT DAY shipping, when you place your order
before 1:00 PM CT you can expect your merchandise TOMORROW.
Q. Does the site charge sales tax?
A. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to Illinois.
